48th Annual Rocky Mountain Trauma and Emergency Medicine Conference
We would like to formally invite you to participate in this year’s 48th Annual Rocky Mountain Trauma and Emergency Medicine Conference hosted by Denver Health Trauma and Emergency Medicine Services. This year, we have the opportunity to hold our event at Copper Mountain Resort, August 1st -August 4th 2022. This conference strives to provide high quality, cutting-edge education (CME, CNE, CE) in emergency and trauma care, with multi-center collaboration at an affordable cost to participants with lectures focused on evidence-based research and optimized managed care as it relates to trauma patients and emergency medicine. We are anticipating between 250 and 300 in-person conference attendees for this event.
In addition to featured keynote speaker presentations and lectures from our multidisciplinary Denver Health team, please join us for other activities including simulation competitions, Q&A panels, and evening receptions. There will be ample opportunity for speakers, presenters, and attendees to mingle in the designated vendor hall and network at the evening events. Included in the Bronze Sponsorship is booth space for two people with one table. Breakfast is included for both vendor representatives every morning. The program will contain your company’s written name and your logo will be displayed in our conference app. The Bronze Sponsorship is available for $2,000. You can expect our Silver Sponsorship is booth space for two people with one table. Breakfast is included for both vendor representatives every morning. The program will contain your company’s logo and your logo will be displayed in our conference app. Your logo will also be displayed along with other Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sponsors on the monitors before and after general sessions, during breaks and throughout the Q&A. The Silver Sponsorship is available for $3,000. Included in the Gold Sponsorship is booth space for two people with one table. Your booth will be located in a prime location. Breakfast is included for both vendor representatives every morning. The program will contain your company’s logo and your logo will be displayed in our conference app. Your logo will also be displayed along with other Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sponsors on the monitors before and after general sessions, during breaks and throughout the Q&A. In addition, you will receive two full passes to attend the conference. The Gold Sponsorship is available for $4,000.
